So it's not a regular kind of quesadilla, with chicken or steak... I did keep the sour cream, salsa and avocado, though!! I filled the quesadilla with sauteed onion and artichoke hearts. I think next time, I'd ditch the hearts. I do love them, just not in this. Loved the browned onions, though- I love mine a little over done!!

Superbowl Quesadilla!
So it's not a regular kind of quesadilla, with chicken or steak... I did keep the sour cream, salsa and avocado, though!! I filled the quesadilla with sauteed onion and artichoke hearts. I think next time, I'd ditch the hearts. I do love them, just not in this. Loved the browned onions, though- I love mine a little over done!!
