Ahhhh. Yummy spring rolls! These are one of my favorites! dunked in peanut sauce, it's damned near perfection! Unfortunately, I forgot to buy mint, so these just weren't the same, but pretty darned close! I couldn't even wait until dinner to have these so I made them up for lunch instead. Perfect! Dinner was a salad, and I didn't want to bore you with pictures of that again ;) And for those of you that are as addicted to recall information as I am... rest assured that I did not use any peanut butter involved in any recall ;)
