Look at me! I am posting about the dinner I ate tonight! Wow. Hopefully I can keep on task and get pictures posted the day I take them. Tonight was Tuesday, and on almost every Tuesday we have salmon. Sometimes I make my husbands different than mine, and I was going to coat mine with some coconut, but it didn't happen. I ended up making too much of the cheesy topping for my husbands salmon, so I just put it in mine instead of wasting it. It was yummy, as you can see, it has labeled itself! I probably wouldn't make it again, but those alphabet tater-tots, I can't wait to buy more!
