Oh Yum! That's my word for today. I made my very, very, most favorite soup! It featured frozen peas and I do have plenty of those. Well, I did until I used two pounds in this Panang Green Curry pea soup. I got the recipe from a Whole Foods cookbook my friend Laurel let me borrow. This soup is just SO yummy! I doubled the recipe so I am sure to have plenty leftover. I know I will freeze some of it, and probably have some for dinner tomorrow, too. So tomorrow you can either have a picture of this soup again, or maybe I will take a picture of my husbands dinner, instead. We will see :D But man, this soup is good! Mom, if you are reading this, remind me to make this for you the next time you visit! It's just that good!!
