Oooh, this was a yummy dinner. A torta of sorts, with potatoes, red pepper, broccoli and onions. I only seasoned with salt and pepper, and the torta could have been a bit more seasoned. So I threw on some sriracha sauce which not only made this picture more colorful, but only added quite a kick. Yummy!
