On a very cold day, I love baking. Today the girls and I made very purplicious cupcakes with very pinkalicious frosting! They were bright! In a ghastly kind of way But they were tasty!! In addition to baking the cupcakes I also baked this rice dish. It also had some mushrooms, artichoke hearts and onion in there. It was good, but not something I would make again. Of course I made a HUGE casserole dish full of it. Guess I'll try to talk the girls into eating some of it :D
