Great crustacean fungus! well, doesn't that sound appetizing? Tonight's dinner was crab stuffed mushrooms. I'm not sure what I think of them... I dunno. I did miss the traditional breaded stuffing. I guess I was just looking for something different, and while I certainly did find it, I missed the basic kind. I didn't eat them all, and I am pretty sure they are Atkins friendly, so I will have to see what my husband thinks of them. I will have to have the traditional breaded kind in the future, soon, too, since I am "crabby" I didn't have them tonight.
